Are you a factory or a trade company?
We make export ourselves but more than a trade company, we are specialized in engineering spare parts. We have many experienced factory partners and manage every production process to ensure timely delivery of quality parts.
Do you make customized products or finished parts?
All parts are custom made according to customer's drawings or samples. Stock items are considered when required by customers.
Will my drawing be safe after you get it?
Yes, we will not release your design to third parties without permission. We can sign an NDA before receiving your drawings.
What is the MOQ?
We typically don't set MOQ, but larger quantities receive better pricing. We're happy to produce prototypes or samples to ensure quality standards.
Can samples be provided?
Yes, samples are available with cost that will be refunded when proceeding to mass production. Mold fees apply for custom molds which then belong to the customer.
How are quality issues handled?
All products undergo QC inspection before delivery. In the rare case of non-conformance, we will promptly address the issue through rework or repair at our expense.
